Avoid Excessive Moisture:

Wood is sensitive to moisture, so it’s crucial to keep your pen away from water or excessive humidity. Moisture can cause the wood to swell, warp, or even crack. Always store your pen in a dry environment.
Protect from Extreme Temperatures: Extreme heat or cold can also damage the wood. Avoid leaving your pen in direct sunlight, near radiators, or in freezing conditions. Drastic temperature changes can lead to cracks or color fading.

Clean with Care:

To clean your wooden pen, use a soft, lint-free cloth to gently wipe the surface. Avoid harsh chemicals or solvents that may harm the wood’s finish. If necessary, lightly dampen the cloth with water or a mild soap solution.

While acrylic is a durable material, it can still scratch or chip if mishandled. Avoid dropping the pen or subjecting it to excessive force. Treat it with care to prevent accidental damage.

Acrylic can be sensitive to extreme temperatures. Keep your pen away from direct sunlight, high heat sources, or freezing conditions. Drastic temperature changes can lead to warping or discoloration.

Clean Gently:

Options:

Collection

If you are local to Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire, MK13 and would like to collect from me directly, please choose the ‘Collect’ option at the checkout. Once your item is ready, you will be notified by email at which point we can arrange a mutually convenient time for you to collect.

Delivery

We aim to send out all deliveries within 2 days of ordering via Royal Mail.

Please choose from one of the options below at the checkout:

Royal Mail Tracked 24  – £3.99

Royal Mail Tracked 48  – £3.30

Please note that I cannot be held responsible for delays in the postage system. You will be sent a tracking number once the item has been posted so that you are able to keep a check on the progress of delivery.

*I am currently only posting to the UK.

Cancellations & Returns:

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact me ASAP and within 12 hours of purchase.

For returns, please get in touch with me via email: hello@ within 14 days of delivery to advise me that you would like to return an item for a full refund.

NOTE:

Items should be returned in their original packaging and in their original condition within 21 days of delivery. Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. Items should be sent via a tracking service, e.g. Royal Mail Signed For, Tracked 24/48 or Special Delivery.

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

Custom made – made to order, or personalised orders with initials.
Items on sale.

Faulty Items or Breakages:

Faulty items are where pieces are received damaged or where a manufacturing fault with a component (e.g. twist mechanism, browon clip, rollerball not working, etc occurs within three months of purchase. Wear and tear or accidental damage is not considered as faulty. Please contact me via email: hello@ if you believe an item is faulty.
